Our client, a cutting-edge IT and Network Solutions Provider, is seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative (TSR) to join their expert team. As a key player in their support squad, you'll ensure clients' networks and IT systems operate at peak performance.

Responsibilities:
- Providing top-tier remote support for network and IT issues
- Troubleshooting complex problems with firewalls, routers, and switches
- Collaborating with the team to resolve client network and system challenges
- Assisting in setting up and configuring new client networks
- Contributing to improving IT and network support processes

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment
- Experience with VoIP systems
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Network certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or progress towards them
- 1-4 years of experience in IT and network support
