Position Summary

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

The role of the Dynamic PC Support involves executing tasks related to the maintenance and repair of various client devices. This position requires performing basic to moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Additionally, it may involve supporting desk-side applications and related infrastructure. The technician will engage directly with clients to resolve technical issues promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer support for assigned equipment.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Handle all service calls assigned within the defined service level agreements.
  • Achieve established customer satisfaction metrics as per company guidelines.
  • Complete all administrative tasks related to each service call as per established protocols.
  • Document real-time reporting of all service calls as per company policies.
  • Adhere to various established policies and guidelines to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Manage asset and inventory control through timely turnaround of parts and equipment as per client agreements.
  • Accurately report all activities in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all safety policies and guidelines in daily operations.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
Typically requires a technical school certification or equivalent, along with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

Certifications and Qualifications:
Must maintain all required OEM certifications as directed by management. Knowledge of relevant software and hardware is essential. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with appropriate registration and insurance are required.

Skills Required
  • Ability to communicate effectively regarding technical issues with clients.
  • Capability to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Willingness to drive long distances and occasionally undertake overnight assignments.
  • Physical ability to lift and move various computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Possession of a basic repair tool kit is necessary.
