Position Overview:
The Technical Support Specialist will manage the Service Desk operations to handle incoming inquiries efficiently.
This role encompasses a comprehensive range of system administration tasks aimed at optimizing system performance and maximizing operational efficiency.
The specialist will deliver complete user assistance for the organization's standard software applications, ensuring alignment with user and organizational requirements.
Utilizing advanced remote support tools, the candidate will be expected to diagnose and resolve hardware and software challenges related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexibility to transition between various teams as operational needs dictate.
- Conduct testing and evaluation of software and hardware solutions to assess their relevance and benefits to the organization.
- Physical capability to perform tasks that may involve lifting up to 50 lbs. and engaging in physical activities.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions, including detailed troubleshooting steps undertaken.
