Compensation: $17.00 per hour
The role of the Dynamic PC Support involves executing tasks associated with the maintenance and repair of various client devices. This position requires performing both basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktop and laptop systems. The technician may also assist with Desk Side applications and infrastructure. Direct interaction with clients is essential to effectively resolve technical issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical support for assigned equipment
- Respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle all service requests assigned within the defined service level agreements
- Achieve established customer satisfaction metrics as per company guidelines
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks related to each service call
- Maintain real-time reporting of service calls as per company protocols
- Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery
- Manage asset control and inventory through timely handling of parts and equipment
- Document all activities accurately and promptly
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Education and Experience:
Typically requires a technical school certification or equivalent experience, along with 0-2 years in a relevant field. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
Certifications and Skills:
Must maintain all necessary OEM certifications as directed by management. Familiarity with relevant software and hardware is essential. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proper registration and insurance are required.
- Ability to communicate effectively regarding technical matters with clients
- Willingness to travel to client locations
- Capability to drive long distances and occasionally undertake overnight assignments
- Physical ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Possession of a basic repair toolkit is necessary
