  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing accounts as designated.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to align with customer needs and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience in the packaging sector.
  • Prior experience in the sales of packaging equipment and materials is highly desirable.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture through respect, cooperation, and open dialogue.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Experience in selling packaging solutions, including machinery and materials, is a significant asset.
