Position Summary

VistaVu is in search of a seasoned Senior Account Executive focused on Net New Sales (S4/HANA Cloud Public/Private and BTP) to enhance our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and be tasked with identifying and securing new business prospects. Your primary focus will be on driving business expansion, fostering and maintaining robust relationships with potential SAP clients, and contributing to the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting, and lead generation activities, including nurturing relationships with SAP.
  • Take charge of the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure, leveraging the expertise of colleagues as needed.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospects, showcasing the value of our S4 Hana Cloud Public & Private and BTP offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects and implementation consultants, to create customized proposals that meet client needs.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure a consistent flow of potential new clients.
  • Evaluate the viability of leads through initial discussions, understanding their requirements, budget, and timelines.
  • Implement sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business and building trust.
  • Engage with various stakeholders within client organizations, including C-level executives and IT managers.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and pricing options, aligning with client budgets and expectations.
  • Drive the sales process to successful closure, consistently meeting or exceeding new business sales targets.

Required Experience

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in Net New sales within the ERP sector.
  • Significant experience with SAP ERP systems.
  • Proven history of driving revenue growth and capturing new market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large sales teams and achieving Net New quotas through ERP SaaS products, particularly with S4 Hana Cloud solutions or SAP Business ByDesign.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules and their integration capabilities.
  • Understanding of how SAP ERP solutions can meet business needs and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales quotas set by the organization.
  • Adapts sales strategies based on client needs and effectively closes deals in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making.
