SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Packaging Sales Executive to join our team at Enhance Recruiting. This role is pivotal for a manufacturer specializing in corrugated packaging. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering tailored packaging solutions to both new and existing clients by leveraging the comprehensive resources of our esteemed organization throughout the sales cycle. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new business opportunities while achieving sales targets to maximize profitability, growth, and account penetration within the designated sales area.
  • Conduct all activities with integrity and the highest ethical standards, adhering to established safety protocols, company policies, and procedures.
  • Assess product specifications, prepare quotes, and establish pricing structures.
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Gather and analyze information on potential customers within the sales territory to build a comprehensive prospect list.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to assess their needs while promoting additional products and services.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and foster relationships with key contacts.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding credit terms, product offerings, pricing, and availability.
  • Conduct packaging assessments and collaborate closely with the Design Team to develop innovative solutions in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the corrugated packaging or manufacturing sector.
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance of the assigned sales territory.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with customers and suppliers quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to customer service.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of industry standards.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
