Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Global Account activities for clients operating across multiple regions.
  • Negotiate new contracts in collaboration with management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, including their goals and challenges, through focused meetings.
  • Maintain accurate call reports and opportunity pipelines using Salesforce.
  • Prepare annual budgets and uphold sales forecasts.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Stepan's offerings, market dynamics, and regulatory factors to effectively communicate value to clients.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capability to work independently from a remote office environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • High motivation and initiative are essential.
  • Willingness to travel is required.
  • Experience in oilfield chemicals is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the oil industry is required.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
