Customer Service Representative II Job Summary

Under the direction of the MPBS Accounts Receivable Manager and Team Leader of Customer Service, the Customer Service Representative II is responsible for handling all incoming phone calls to the Physician Billing Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Manager and Team Leader to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
