**Job Summary**

NorthStar Memorial Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clerical and Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations throughout every stage of the client family life cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Master File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master files, including creating, providing copies, merging, duplicating, and scanning files into our Human Management Information System (HMIS).
  • Telephone Operations: Handle a high volume of calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.
  • Financial Administration: Ensure that all invoices are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and coded before being forwarded to our accounts payable department.
  • Supply Chain Management: Assist with the preparation and ordering of materials needed by our leadership team, including park brochures, business cards, name badges, training materials, and other essential items.

**Requirements**

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, HMIS, and other relevant applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to learn new software and conduct new tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
