Position Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator will provide essential support to the Vice President of Site Engagement & Feasibility and the Vice President of Data Management at Genmab A/S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences, including travel arrangements and itinerary preparation.
  • Engage with vendors and assess contracts related to event management.
  • Maintain records of standard correspondence for review and prepare responses to routine inquiries using established formats, directing complex inquiries to the appropriate manager.
  • Handle telephone communications and manage voicemail activities, ensuring messages are conveyed as necessary.
  • Prepare and oversee travel and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including ordering office supplies, coordinating with third-party vendors, and managing office relocations.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources regarding onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Word, Outlook, Skype for Business, and SharePoint.
