The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Regional Managing Principal across various initiatives. This position entails managing the daily functions of the office, providing essential clerical, administrative, and time management assistance, and offering support to other executives as required. The Executive Assistant will also oversee and manage office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles a wide array of administrative tasks, including managing a highly active calendar, preparing expense reports, and composing confidential correspondence, as well as arranging intricate travel itineraries.
  • Prioritizes and addresses incoming issues and concerns directed to the Regional Managing Principal, particularly those of a sensitive nature.
  • Collaborates closely with the Regional Managing Principal to ensure they are well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Effectively manages conflicting priorities; handles matters promptly and follows through on projects to ensure successful completion, often under tight deadlines.
  • Assists in organizing the agenda for senior management meetings and off-site events.
  • Oversees all logistical arrangements for executive meetings, including room setups and catering requirements.
  • Manages the daily operations of the office.
  • Welcomes and interacts with incoming visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Engages with internal staff across all levels.
  • Provides assistance with various HR matters and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Confident and composed individual with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Capable of effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and following directions accurately.
  • Adept at coordinating various schedules and producing precise work despite frequent interruptions.

Education and Experience:
