We are looking for a skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Precision Life Sciences. This role will provide essential support to our Executive Leadership Team in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and daily agendas for executives
- Design, format, and refine documents and presentations, often from the ground up, utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Foster relationships with critical stakeholders, including site leadership and functional heads
- Oversee executive travel arrangements, including modifications to itineraries
- Act as a support resource for business partners and executives visiting our facilities
- Handle expense management, becoming proficient in the expense reporting system
- Address conflicts or urgent matters promptly, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved
- Participate as a member of the Employee Engagement team
- Coordinate catering for events as required
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Create, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative capacity
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Willingness to assist with various projects as needed
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
