Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and daily agendas for executives
  • Design, format, and refine documents and presentations, often from the ground up, utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Foster relationships with critical stakeholders, including site leadership and functional heads
  • Oversee executive travel arrangements, including modifications to itineraries
  • Act as a support resource for business partners and executives visiting our facilities
  • Handle expense management, becoming proficient in the expense reporting system
  • Address conflicts or urgent matters promptly, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved
  • Participate as a member of the Employee Engagement team
  • Coordinate catering for events as required
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Create, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Willingness to assist with various projects as needed
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
