The YWCA Princeton is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for community inquiries, this role will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and other C-Suite officers.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide general office duties, customer service, information technology, and purchasing support to the C-Suite.
- Community Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for community questions and requests, and provide information about YWCA Princeton's programs, events, and procedures.
- Program Support: Assist with registrations, logistics, and coordination of YWCA Princeton's programs.
- Scheduling and Meetings: Manage external scheduling requests, in-person meetings, phone calls, and meetings for the C-Suite.
- Communication and Reporting: Draft general correspondence, documents, presentations, and other materials as needed for special projects.
- Project Management: Coordinate and execute team meetings, key follow-ups, and internal project management.
- Facility Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, community visits, and use/rentals of the YWCA facility.
- Board Support: Compile minutes of Board meetings, obtain committee reports, and prepare Board material for meetings and retreats.
- Inventory and Supplies: Maintain office inventory and requisition supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work with fellow team members and consultants on various projects as assigned by the C-Suite.
- Experience: Early to mid-career professional with at least 2 years of experience in providing administrative and operational support.
- Skills: Fluent in Spanish is preferable; maintain confidentiality and diplomacy while dealing with others; excellent writing and communication skills; excellent organizational, analytical, time management skills; and ability to work with C-Suite officers with the highest degree of professionalism.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
