About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team at Baxter International, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our Surgical Portfolio to healthcare professionals and driving business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to sell our Surgical Portfolio to customers, including surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their clinical and economic needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on our Surgical Portfolio and its competitive differentiation to effectively communicate its value to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflow and hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
