- Provide clinical training and support to customers and distributors.
- Establish and maintain strong physician and clinician relationships.
- Utilize value-based and strategic selling skills to communicate with customers.
- Launch new products in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide support and fill in as necessary in territories as outlined by the manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work within a team environment to achieve agreed company goals.
- Strong learning application and ability to work autonomously.
- High energy and ability to manage a complex sales process.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a sales process with clinical and financial customers.
