We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company and its products to customers in a designated geographical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales of our products, including Monofocal and Refractive IOLs, Phaco, OVD, and adjunct products.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and in-service support to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Work synergistically with other sales personnel to enhance productivity and provide optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage Johnson & Johnson's field assets, including consigned products, surgical instruments, and sales force automation.
  • Comply with required reports and requests, and operate within budgetary guidelines.
  • Demonstrate an independent, creative, and consultative/value-based sales approach to selling our products.
  • Work synergistically with Laser Vision Correction Group counterparts to provide customers with a full product solution.
  • Prepare and provide detailed sales/procedural/financial presentations to new and existing customers.
  • Leverage and effectively utilize all other Johnson & Johnson's resources and sales personnel to enhance field productivity.
  • Utilize Customer Resource Management System and computer hardware/software to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and submit all reports requested by management and marketing.
  • Effectively manage Johnson & Johnson's field assets, including IOL consignments, product samples, and surgical instruments.
  • Hit an established quota set for the territory for all disposable, capital, and other surgical and non-surgical products.
  • Manage a budget for Travel and Expenses, as well as manage a budget for the territory.
Requirements
  • Anticipated base pay range: $81,000 to $120,750.
  • Competitive sales incentive compensation program.
  • Eligibility to participate in Company-sponsored employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
  • Eligibility to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
  • Eligibility to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
  • Time off benefits, including vacation, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal, and family time.
