About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our team at SpotOn. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working with businesses that have expressed interest in our solutions and are responsible for properly routing or promoting our full product suite with local business owners to help take their businesses to the next level.

Responsibilities
  • Be a representative for SpotOn by offering advanced technology to local business owners that will help run and grow their businesses
  • Qualify and route accounts to the correct destination based on the current structure of our teams.
  • Ensure proper hand off and follow up on all merchants who inquire about our products.
  • Sign up new local business owners and merchants in the event there is no dedicated sales team to support.
  • Work closely with our extended Sales Support team to ensure proper implementation and onboarding.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of B2B sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants and restaurants
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to call, prospect and qualify businesses
  • Manage the client relationship in collaboration with our internal support teams to ensure the success & satisfaction
  • The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
Benefits
  • A full-time, W2 inbound sales position with a base salary of $40,000
  • Commissions will be paid daily for new accounts signed plus bonuses earned for hardware and implementation, monthly production bonuses and customer retention
