Job Summary

The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction for Cardinal Health's assigned products. This individual will be responsible for providing in-service support, troubleshooting, and managing contracts to achieve sales objectives in the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-service support to hospital customers and the field sales team, focusing on technical, clinical, and educational aspects.
  • Manage contracts, troubleshoot issues, and assist with conferences to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Analyze GPO tier reports to identify opportunities for improvement and provide summaries to the sales team and Region Director.
  • Assist in the scheduling, coordination, and conduction of in-services, educational events, and value-added programs at designated accounts.
  • Support Account Representatives in coordinating and monitoring product evaluations as determined by the Region Director or Account Representative.
  • Manage activity in open territories, including promotions, terminations, and extended leaves.
  • Develop and present demonstrations for complex products to customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, written, and in-person skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and career ambition.
  • Ability to travel 75% as necessary, including overnight and/or weekends.
  • Openness to regional relocation within 24 months of employment.
