Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team at Environmental Service Partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our managers and employees, including preparing reports, managing filing systems, and making meeting arrangements.
  • Assist with daily office needs, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
