Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person
  • Greet and direct visitors to the company
  • Take and retrieve messages as needed
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions, fax numbers, and other related information
  • Receive, date stamp, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare outgoing mail and FedEx packages
  • Complete clerical duties as assigned
  • Assist the HR Department with taking new hire photos and copying ID documents, sending new hire information to the Hiring Coordinator
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a receptionist role
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
