Job Title: Office Manager

At Radiance Solar, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, communications, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office vendors, including maintenance, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist with office space design and installation.
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, reminders, and catering.
  • Manage the corporate office, including stocking supplies and maintaining the break room.
  • Answer phone calls and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage the executive team's calendar, prioritizing sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate fleet vehicle maintenance and registration renewals.
  • Manage business license renewals and contractor licenses.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the new hire process, including interviews, training, and onboarding.
  • Send important company announcements related to Human Resources.
  • Assist in organizing an employee engagement and retention program.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 25 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or relevant position required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office technology and equipment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
  • Use arms and hands to reach and manipulate objects.
  • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination.
