Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at national food and beverage companies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including troubleshooting and project execution.
- Report directly to sales leadership and company founders, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Prior experience selling functional ingredients in a B2B environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales success.
- Technical expertise or a science-related degree is a strong asset.
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline, setting milestones, and tracking key performance metrics.
- Ability to travel 20-40% of the time, with higher travel frequency expected in the first few months.
