Technical Support Specialist

Medline is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide software and hardware support to its employees, sales reps, and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic hardware and software products, as well as excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide software and hardware support to Medline employees, sales reps, and customers
- Diagnose and resolve problems using documented procedures and checklists
- Enter call data into Medline's tracking system with enough detail for other technicians to pick up the issue
- Escalate higher-tier problems to appropriate team members or other I/S support teams
- Provide technical advice, guidance, and informal training to customers on hardware and software programs
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 3 years of IT work experience in computer systems or support
- Experience with call tracking systems, AD, 2FA, Outlook functionality, and Help Desk practices
- Experience providing end-user support to a sales application, CRM, or Smart Quote
- Certification in a related field
