Job Title: Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Unreal Gigs. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by building strong relationships with our customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attain annual revenue, profit, and growth objectives set by the company.
  • Discover new markets and opportunities, and communicate strategies with the supervisor.
  • Meet monthly KPIs for new contacts, customer meetings, quotations, and new opportunities as recorded in the CRM.
  • Regularly visit customer sites to drive sales and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Inside Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Material Science, Physics, or equivalent experience in material science, technical sales, and customer relationship management.
Desired Skills:
  • Sales planning and forecasting.
  • Product demonstrations and group presentations.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Information coordination and CRM management.
  • Time management and organization.
  • Professional communication and technical skills.
