Job Title: Coffee Sales Advisor

Are you passionate about coffee and looking for a part-time opportunity to share your enthusiasm with others?

ActionLink is seeking a Coffee Sales Advisor to join our team and represent Nespresso, a premium line of espresso and coffee machines, in local housewares retailers.

Job Summary:

The Coffee Sales Advisor will serve as an in-store expert, consulting with customers and providing live machine demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Nespresso brewing products.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with customers
  • Conducting live machine demonstrations and coffee tastings
  • Recommending product solutions based on customers' flavor preferences
  • Increasing product sales and machine registrations through best-in-class demos and knowledge of products
  • Training store associates to communicate Nespresso information with confidence
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Retail, sales, or training-related experience
  • Enthusiasm for coffee-related beverages
  • Previous food demonstration experience a plus
  • Engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
