We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Manager. As a key member of our promotional marketing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site consulting and sales support to customers during promotional marketing campaigns
- Analyze customer product and service needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
