The Van Guide will work closely with the Tour Guide and clients to deliver an exceptional customer experience while on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely support the Tour Guide and motorcycle groups while providing exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the Tour Guide and Tours Department to deliver a seamless experience for clients.
- Communicate with customers/clients as needed, utilizing a smartphone and relevant apps.
- Load and unload customer luggage, tour supplies, and spare motorcycles from the support vehicle.
- Ensure all necessary tools, coolers, first aid kits, and equipment are present and in good working condition.
- Monitor and maintain coolers with ice and water as necessary.
- Assist the Tour Guide in researching routes, businesses, attractions, and national parks to enhance the group's experience.
- Collaborate with the Tour Guide to track and manage expenses charged to the company credit card and petty cash.
