Position Overview:
The Customer Support Associate, Bilingual Spanish (Starlink) will play a pivotal role in representing Starlink to customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service.

As a key member of the Starlink Customer Support team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Triage and resolve customer inquiries across various communication channels (digital, voice, etc.)
  • Provide technical assistance to customers utilizing hardware, software, and network knowledge
  • Act as a dedicated internal advocate for customers within SpaceX, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction
  • Identify product, process, and training challenges through both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance troubleshooting workflows and pinpoint root causes of issues
  • Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base and help center resources

Key Qualifications:
Applicants should possess the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English

Additional Information:
This position requires relocation if not already local to the area. Candidates must be available to work holidays, overtime, and weekends as necessary. Shifts may include long hours.
