Position Overview: We are in search of a smart, personable, and highly motivated individual with exceptional leadership skills to oversee specific regional initiatives for our organization. If you are a dedicated leader eager to make a significant impact, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and implement strategic opportunities for all Super Soccer Stars programs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture beneficial partnerships with schools, community centers, parks, and other facilities through effective communication and supervision.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the executive team to review financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate with families and coaches, ensuring swift resolution of issues while maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Program Administration: Execute regional administrative timelines and ensure all necessary permits and schedules are in place.
  • Staff Management: Oversee local staff to ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work during peak hours for children.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A passion for sports, particularly soccer.
  • Experience in leadership or management roles, including volunteer work.
  • Familiarity with early childhood and afterschool programs.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
  • Energetic and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
