Position Overview:
This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Program Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee large-scale, impactful programs that engage multiple departments. This position demands a strong background in program management, a thorough understanding of customer data platforms, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project Plan, JIRA, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct the planning and execution of the customer data platform initiative.
2. Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Create comprehensive program plans, detailing tasks, resources, timelines, costs, and benefits.
4. Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively.
5. Communicate program expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
6. Utilize Microsoft Project Plan for project scheduling.
7. Monitor program deliverables using tools like JIRA.
8. Provide guidance and support to the program team.
9. Continuously track and report on program progress to stakeholders.
10. Implement necessary program changes to ensure successful outcomes.
11. Ensure timely delivery of the program within the defined scope and budget.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred certifications: PMP and CSM.
- Over 5 years of experience in Program Management, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional programs or projects successfully.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project Plan and JIRA.
- Knowledge of customer data platforms.
- Experience in marketing, retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies.
- Skilled in preparing and managing project budgets.
- Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
