Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless administration of benefit programs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and HRIS teams to address benefits-related matters.
  • Administer pension plans and process retiree health programs, maintaining accurate records and providing timely communication.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness and understanding of benefits programs among employees.
  • Resolve complex issues with HRIS, vendors, and processes, tracking and addressing HRIS interface problems.
  • Assist with annual open enrollment, planning, and testing, making HRIS system adjustments for benefit deductions.
  • Support reporting, auditing, and preparation of regulatory documents, including Form 5500, SPDs, SMMs, and SARs.
  • Ensure compliance with professional ethics and regulatory requirements for Health & Welfare.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Proven track record of managing vendors, programs, and coverage lines.
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to quickly learn HRIS and related payroll systems.
  • Commitment to ethics and effective problem-solving and collaboration skills; experience in a multinational setting preferred.
