Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee significant, high-impact initiatives that involve multiple departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, a thorough understanding of customer data systems, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project Plan, JIRA, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. The IT Program Manager will also be tasked with developing project budgets and ensuring that all projects are executed within the established financial parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planning and execution of the customer data platform initiative.
  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create comprehensive program plans, detailing tasks, resources, timelines, costs, and benefits.
  • Oversee program budget and resource distribution.
  • Communicate program expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project Plan for project scheduling.
  • Monitor program deliverables with tools like JIRA.
  • Guide and support the program team effectively.
  • Continuously track and report on program progress to all relevant parties.
  • Implement and manage program modifications to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the program within the defined scope and budget.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • PMP and CSM certifications are advantageous.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Program Management, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, impactful, cross-functional programs or projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Plan and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with customer data systems.
  • Background in marketing, retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies.
  • Experience in preparing and managing project budgets.
  • Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Adept at prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
