Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee significant, high-stakes programs that involve various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, an in-depth understanding of customer data systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Project Plan, JIRA, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. The IT Program Manager will also be tasked with developing project budgets and ensuring that all projects are executed within the allocated budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of the customer data platform initiative.
  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create comprehensive program plans, detailing tasks, resources, timelines, costs, and anticipated benefits.
  • Manage the program budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Communicate program expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project Plan for project scheduling.
  • Monitor program deliverables using tools such as JIRA.
  • Provide guidance and support to the program team.
  • Continuously track and report on program progress to all stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage program adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the program within scope and budget.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • PMP and CSM certifications are advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, impactful, cross-functional programs or projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Plan and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with customer data systems.
  • Background in marketing, retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies.
  • Experience in preparing and managing project budgets.
  • Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Adept at prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
