Responsabilidades Clave:- Gestionar el ciclo de vida del empleado y los procesos anuales de recursos humanos.
- Fomentar relaciones laborales positivas en las regiones donde opera Det-Tronics, liderando actividades de compromiso y gestionando consultas laborales.
- Actuar como experto en procesos y políticas para los Coordinadores de Recursos Humanos de la marca.
- Colaborar con proveedores externos para asegurar un soporte efectivo a empleados y negocios.
- Prever necesidades de contratación y asegurar un proceso de reclutamiento eficiente.
- Desarrollar e implementar planes de capacitación y desarrollo.
- Realizar auditorías regulares de registros de empleados para garantizar la precisión de los datos.
- Desarrollar e implementar políticas de recursos humanos en toda la organización.
- Actualizarse y cumplir con la legislación laboral en los países donde operamos.
Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, Psicología Organizacional o campos relacionados.
Más de 6 años de experiencia profesional en Recursos Humanos, incluyendo experiencia en manufactura y gestión de P&L.
Experiencia en sistemas de información de recursos humanos (HRIS) y procesos de reclutamiento.
Calificaciones Preferidas:Certificaciones profesionales en Recursos Humanos (SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP) son valoradas.
Conocimiento sólido de la legislación laboral y procesos de nómina.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con un enfoque diplomático.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico.
