Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Senior HR Leaders. The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior HR leaders. Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.

Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between senior HR leaders and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Project Coordination:
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including compiling data, creating reports, and tracking project milestones. Coordinate and support HR events and activities.

Administrative Duties:
Handle confidential information with discretion, maintain accurate records, and manage HR documentation and filing systems. Process invoices and manage expense reports.

Office Management:
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other administrative functions to ensure smooth operation of the HR department.

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in an HR or executive support role. Experience supporting senior-level executives is highly desirable.

Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education:
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field or Bachelors degree preferred.
