Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop business intelligence dashboards and reports to support business stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Partner with analytics leads to explore opportunities for integrating AI/ML into our strategy and enhancing our analytical capabilities
Play a key role in the overall design and architecture of solutions that integrate internal and external data sources, ensuring efficient data flow from Azure to Power BI Apps

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in MIS/CIS, business management, or related field; relevant experience will be considered
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with IT teams and technology
Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI and Azure Cloud Data Storage with MS SQL, and Synapse BI tooling (i.e., Power Query, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Services, etc) in a private, public, government, or military environment
Understanding of a distributor business model either in the retail, CPG and/or Beverage Alcohol industries a plus
