Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, including ordering snacks and refreshments
- Coordinate events, such as office parties and meetings
- Ensure facilities are in good condition, including lights, HVAC, and security
- Liaise with third-party IT teams to ensure proper laptop configuration
- Perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy workspace
- Manage access control systems and maintain security protocols
- Handle basic shipping tasks related to influencer gifting
Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Clear communication with team members and external vendors
- Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting and laptop setup
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks
- Able to handle unexpected situations and changes
- Experience in organizing office events
- Friendly and helpful demeanor when interacting with colleagues
- Understanding of shipping processes
