A growing real estate company in Brooklyn is looking for an Administrative Assistant for property management to add to their team.


Responsibilities:
Tenant Communications
Rent collections.
Process repair requests
Meet prospective tenants to verify qualifications
Sign leases with prospective tenants
Lease renewals
Provide administrative support to the office including filing, typing, photocopying, taking and distributing phone messages, and other clerical tasks.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and other documents.
Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
Manage the office calendar, scheduling, and other appointments.
Arrange travel and accommodation for staff.
Submit files and reports to the appropriate personnel.
Provide general help with office work as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary:
$55k-65k/Year
