Key responsibilities include managing vendor accounts, vendor relations, money management, purchases, filing, setup for trainings/meetings/client activities, opening and closing client charts, overseeing storage spaces, data entry, and other office duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy including spreadsheet and Excel skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
