Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide direct support to our customers to ensure their HVAC needs are met.
  • Sales Development: Analyze customer needs and develop customized HVAC solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Execution: Finalize sales agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Post-Sale Follow-up: Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled.
  • Lead Generation: Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer additional information and convert them into sales.
  • Objection Handling: Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Sales Order Preparation: Prepare sales orders for jobs sold and emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts, including trade shows and referral groups.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of previous sales experience and prior in-home residential HVAC sales experience required.
  • Background Check: Pre-employment drug, background, and motor vehicle check required.
