Hyundai Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Hyundai Springfield. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer purchasing experience, ensuring that our customers receive all the information they need to make an informed decision.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
- Gather customer contact and interest information and accurately enter it into our CRM system.
- Maintain rapport with previous and potential customers by suggesting trade-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions, and following up on all leads.
- Present new and pre-owned vehicles to customers, highlighting their features, capabilities, and warranties.
- Build knowledge of new and updated product information to provide expert advice to customers.
- Offer and accompany customers on demonstration rides.
- Schedule and maintain your own calendar for customer appointments and follow-ups.
- Attend and actively participate in daily sales and training meetings to assist in reaching individual and department goals.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our inventory on the display lots and showrooms.
- Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales or purchase contracts, explaining provisions, and offering warranties, services, and financing.
- Structured training programs for advancement to move forward into a new role within our company.
- Opportunities to train for Finance Manager, Sales Manager, or Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
- Opportunities to train and become a leader within our company and eventually become a General Manager.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
- A current valid driver's license and insurability rating is required.
- This position may require up to 5-10% travel.
