Job Description

Sigma Computing is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of SI to lead the development and execution of our SI channel strategy and program. This role will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing our SI channel strategy and program, including deciding which types of channel partners to engage with, the target market segments we serve, and the program details that we will offer each type of SI Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SI channel strategy and program to drive revenue growth and expand our partner ecosystem.
  • Identify, source, sign, and onboard a portfolio of SI Partners that have a shared vision of our mission to deliver self-serve analytics.
  • Develop verticalized solutions with our System Integrators (SIs) to reduce friction in our sales cycles and drive tailored business outcomes in different verticals and use cases.
  • Manage a team of Partner Alliance Managers to execute on the SI channel strategy and program.
  • Work closely with the Sigma Enablement team to ensure that our Partners' sales teams are equipped with the tools and resources needed to sell effectively to their prospects and customers.
  • Develop sales programs, gather feedback, and ensure that partners are woven into the entire Sigma sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SI partners through regular communication, collaboration on joint marketing campaigns, and addressing any issues or concerns that partners may have.
  • Track the performance of SI partners and evaluate their effectiveness in selling and delivering Sigma.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for SI Partners and refine the channel strategy based on market dynamics.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales, alliances, and/or business development experience in the cloud/technology ecosystem, with leadership experience a bonus.
  • Sales DNA and a deep passion for being curious and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, and design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and be flexible and dynamic.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% in some months.
