We're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our high-growth B2B SaaS team at Grazzy. As a key player in our revenue growth strategy, you'll be responsible for driving sales success and building strong relationships with our hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activity, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Develop deep understanding of client needs and goals, and proactively offer solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations, negotiate, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and performance through industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales with 5-7 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative sales approach and ability to close deals.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, organized, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced sales environment.
Compensation:

$160,000 - $180,000 at plan
