About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Guest Services Associate to join our team at the Palm Springs Plaza Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from registration to checkout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm welcomes and exceptional service to guests from around the world.
  • Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities.
  • Complete all check-out procedures and verify that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest folios.
  • Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
  • Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • The ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Basic computer and office skills.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life and accident coverage, disability, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. The hourly rate for this role is $17.00.
