- Oversee the staffing of front office personnel, which includes recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and scheduling front desk agents, guest service aides, concierge staff, and PBX operators.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Front Office staff and be prepared to perform their duties as needed.
- Effectively manage and utilize the MICROS system at the front desk, ensuring accurate handling of all daily transactions.
- Review and address discrepancies in AM and PM reports with precision.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering teams regarding guest room needs, requests, and maintenance issues, ensuring efficient processing of guest inquiries.
- Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a professional check-in and check-out experience while addressing their questions and needs.
