Position Overview

The Channel Success Manager is pivotal in transforming our reseller network to implement exceptional customer success methodologies and services. You will oversee the relationship with our key partners, addressing their immediate requirements in launching new service offerings and Customer Success initiatives while providing structured programs to help them meet their objectives.

As part of a global team of Channel Success Managers, you will report to the Senior Manager of Channel Success within the Global Partner Success Organization in Global Channel Sales.

This role involves covering multiple regions and partner categories, necessitating a hybrid work approach with travel to ensure partners receive direct and personalized support.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with partner leadership and teams to assess, develop, document, and track a comprehensive annual Customer Success (CS) strategic development plan aimed at driving organizational transformation for large-scale customers.

+ Assist partners in accelerating the adoption of new solutions by prioritizing projects and supporting activities that yield the highest return on investment in the shortest time frame.

+ Take the lead in defining governance frameworks, establishing teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and partner contracts.

+ Advise partners in crafting a strategic roadmap/Customer Success Plan for their key customers to ensure successful and widespread adoption of Autodesk solutions.

+ Monitor partner capacity models and provide guidance on development opportunities utilizing Autodesk Accelerators.

+ Evaluate program effectiveness with partners and their customers, offering recommendations for enhancements.

+ Lead coordinated business reviews with strategic partners and collaborate with assigned Autodesk team members to ensure alignment on outcomes and transparency regarding progress.

+ Deliver a quarterly comprehensive report on partner CS practices and services progress, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

+ A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Partner Management or Customer Success, with a proven track record of engaging with C-Level executives in a strategic and influential capacity.

+ Experience in conducting quarterly business reviews, detailing adoption and progress, and sharing innovative business ideas and plans with partners.

+ Demonstrated ability to hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.

+ Proven project management skills in previous roles.

+ Proficiency in English, with strong negotiation skills (additional languages are a plus).

Salary Transparency

Salary is one component of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For roles based in the U.S., we anticipate a starting base salary between $109,400 and $176,990. Offers are contingent on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we place significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
