Role Overview:

The position of Assistant Manager, Omni-Channel Enablement Learning & Development is tasked with enhancing omni-channel capabilities in collaboration with internal functional partners across various departments including Customer Service & Planning (CS&P), Sales, eCommerce, Brand, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Management: Oversee the implementation and upkeep of the eControl program, along with monthly progress reporting to minimize marketplace disruptions.
  • Conduct monthly eControl quality control purchases for Learning & Development.
  • Manage the deployment and maintenance of Retail Arbitrage Equilibrium (RAE).
  • Administer the PriceSpider dashboard for Learning & Development.
  • Digital Shelf and Content: Integrate digital shelf syndication and content health monitoring for priority customers.
  • Act as the digital shelf authority for sales, brand, and CS&P teams.
  • Compile customer content insights from digital merchandising and educate brand teams accordingly.
  • Incorporate brand management into testing and learning capabilities facilitated by the Center of Excellence (COE) for Omni Enablement.
  • Alternate Fulfillment (Dropship): Implement Client Dropship principles in segment selection and promote upstream SIOC opportunities with the brand.
  • Lead bi-annual evaluations of the dropship portfolio and serve as the alternate fulfillment expert for CS&P.
  • Provide segment input for monthly dropship operational reviews.
  • Curated Assortment: Collaborate with CS&P to advance, maintain, and ensure accountability for annual curated assortment updates.

Note: A maximum of 5 years of experience is required for this role, with potential for conversion to Full-Time Employment (FTE).
