- Meet or exceed sales targets and forecasts, and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client services and implementation, to ensure seamless delivery of Paycor's solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- 3-6 years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- 4-year business degree.
