Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients and internal business units.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and operational teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including New Product Introduction (NPI), Supplier Quality Management (SQM), and Production.
  • Understand and interpret customer expectations as outlined in contracts, RFQs, RFPs, SOWs, or verbal communications.
  • Prepare cost estimates as needed for RFQs, RFPs, SOWs, and verbal requests.
  • Create project plans (roadmaps/Gantt charts) highlighting key milestones for site process implementation.
  • Communicate key business metrics, goals, and objectives, along with implementation roadmaps and reporting requirements.
  • Set program goals and objectives in collaboration with customers, operations, and the relevant business unit.
  • Implement cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure profitability and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the financial performance of programs to meet revenue and profit margin targets.
  • Evaluate program performance against customer expectations and collaborate with operations to address deficiencies.
  • Develop Corrective Action Plans for business metrics that do not meet minimum performance standards and ensure adherence to these plans.
  • Proactively communicate Corrective Action Plans to customers when performance falls short of expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of program management experience.
  • At least 5 years of operations management experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to resolve complex technical, business, cost, and scheduling challenges.
  • Experience in team building and coordination.
